Important Notice for Clubs & Teams:
Clubs and teams receive priority booking for competition periods in June, July, August, and September. These months are held on reserve until 31st March each year. To secure your spot, contact Marija (email below) and submit your deposit by the deadline.
Meal packages available? Groups booking with meals may qualify for special discounts and custom pricing - just ask when booking.
After March 31st, any remaining availability opens to the public and can be booked online via the "Book Now" button.
If you are not part of a club or team, you may book online or contact us via the email provided below.
Important Notice for Visitors:
Our booking calendar may show the months of June, July, August, and September as unavailable until April 1st each year. This is to allow sufficient time for clubs and teams to coordinate their stays.
Starting on April 1st, we will release any remaining availability to the general public. If a room appears as unavailable, it likely pertains to a blocked competition period and you will be able to view remaining availability once those dates are released.

Noise & Character
The Pavilion’s historic charm includes thinner walls, so you can hear nearby guests. Quiet most of the year, it can be livelier during major competitions. Sensitive to noise? Email us, and we’ll try to place you accordingly.
Ensuite & Shared Bathrooms
We have 7 ensuite rooms out of 23. Most rooms have recently updated shared 3-piece bathrooms just across the hall. Let us know your preference when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Breakfast Included
Enjoy a daily continental buffet with toast, bagels, spreads, cereal, fruit, and hot drinks. With 10+ guests, we also serve a hot breakfast - a rotation of breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, and more. Seating varies by season and guest count, from individual tables to one large communal setup.
