
Recent Changes to Our Inn and Booking System
1) Simplifying Regular and Team Bookings with Our New System
We are excited to introduce our new booking system that can be found on our Book Now page under the "regular bookings" tab. It replaces our previous manual booking process for regular bookings. This upgrade aims to streamline reservations, ensuring a more efficient and seamless experience for everyone. Whether you are looking to make a regular booking or to book your team's stay with us, please read the entire announcement to learn how to navigate the new system and reservation process.

Team Captains or Adjutants as Primary Contacts
To reduce confusion and avoid potential double bookings, we kindly ask that Team Captains, Adjutants, or someone otherwise designated on behalf of the team (key contact), serve as the primary contact for your team's booking. This centralized communication allows us to tailor our services to meet your team's specific needs while ensuring smooth coordination. Please contact Marija at marija.torlakovic@canadianpavilion.co.uk to reserve your team's stay.

Exclusive Booking Windows for Teams
During peak periods, such as when we host sports teams, our booking calendar will be temporarily blocked off.
The team's key contact will not be able to make bookings directly through the system during these times. Instead, the key contact should reach out to Marija at marija.torlakovic@canadianpavilion.co.uk to discuss and finalize their team’s arrangements.

Open Booking Periods
For individual bookings, availability will open by 1st April of each year*. This ensures that once team bookings are finalized, any remaining availability can be easily accessed by the general public.
*Release date subject to change. Any changes will be communicated on our website and social media.

2) Room Number Changes
We want our returning guests to know that, as part of ongoing upgrades to our building, we’ve made some changes to our room numbers. To streamline bookings and improve your experience, our new booking system will allow you to reserve based on room type (e.g., single, ensuite) and/or the number of people, but room numbers will no longer be specified in the system. While you may request a specific room, please note that, due to the change in room numbers, we may face challenges in fulfilling these requests, especially since not all of our staff are familiar with the previous room numbers. We encourage you to choose from the available room types to make your booking process smoother.
